Our refund policy last 14 days. If it is over 14 days since you have recevied your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was recevied. It must also be in the original packaging.

However, there is certain situations where a partial refund or exchange is considered.

RETURNS POLICY

Once your item(s) are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify of its eligibity of a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed back onto your method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't received your refund, before contacting us please first check your bank account again and contact your bank as sometimes it may take some time before your refund to show on your account balance.
